A Slow Burning
Ayanda's life has been shaped by the decisions of his relatives; his father's absence to his grandmother's kindness shape him into a top student at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. However, he encounters difficult lecturers and increasing family pressures which prolong his stay in school. Will he ever overcome them and graduate?

When the time comes, she informs them that she has decided to go to university in Enugu, but they bitterly object. With time, their bitterness brews into disengagement until Somtochukwu decides to visit them one day. Will her parents take her in again, and, just as importantly, will she forgive them?
